Cami is a lifestyle and editorial photographer working between Brazil and Canada. Born in São Paulo and raised on the island of Ilhabela, she later founded Bellatrix Photography in Toronto in 2011. Her work reflects a lifelong passion for storytelling and travel, shaped by experiences across more than 30 countries.

Cami is a passionate photographer, traveller, and entrepreneur who has built a career around capturing meaningful moments and authentic stories. Born in São Paulo and raised on the island of Ilhabela, she developed a strong connection to nature early on. At 15, she moved to Toronto, Canada, where she overcame cultural challenges and earned a scholarship to study Communication Studies and Professional Writing at York University.
Her interest in photography began in childhood and deepened when she developed her first photo in a high school darkroom. In 2011, she committed fully to her creative path by founding Bellatrix Photography, a boutique photography business in Toronto. Since then, she has lived in eight countries and travelled through over 30, always guided by curiosity, creativity, and a desire to live authentically.
Cami has participated in unique experiences such as an educational reality TV show in the Amazon and a solo 1000-kilometre pilgrimage along the Camino de Santiago. Today, she focuses on lifestyle, editorial, and wedding photography, dividing her time between Brazil and Canada and continuing to document the beauty of people and places through her lens.
