Yes — multi-city and multi-day events are a speciality. We coordinate local teams in each location and deliver a consistent style and standard across every venue, with one gallery and one invoice.

We don't operate satellite offices — we operate a vetted network. Every project, wherever it takes place, is produced and managed by our London team, who brief, coordinate and quality-check the local photographer or videographer. You get local knowledge of the venue, city and language, with a single point of accountability in London.

Our producers match creatives on three things: specialism, style and temperament. Every photographer and videographer in our network has a minimum of five years' professional experience and is selected for professionalism and reliability under pressure as well as their portfolio. We share portfolios before confirming, so you approve who is coming.

Our production team is London-based and works UK hours, but we plan around your event, not our clock. For shoots in other time zones we agree contact arrangements in advance so there is someone reachable while your event is live. We also have an emergency number in London which can be called around the clock.

Rarely, because we brief in English through our London team and select creatives who can work comfortably with your on-site staff. Where an event runs in another language, we prioritise creatives who speak it, so they can direct group shots and work with your team without an interpreter.

Three things do the work: a written brief and shot list agreed with you before the shoot, a shared style guide covering framing, tone and treatment, and centralised editing so images from every city are graded to the same standard. The result is a single coherent library, not a set of galleries that each look like a different agency.

Yes. Our standard delivery is 72 hours from the end of the shoot, whether your event is in London or Tokyo, with same-day and next-day turnaround available for an additional fee. For conferences and multi-day events we can also provide on-site highlights so images can be shared on social media while the event is still running.

Yes. Every creative working on a Raccoon London booking carries public liability insurance, and we can provide certificates for your venue or security team ahead of the event — most major venues ask for these as a condition of entry.

You contract with Raccoon London, wherever the shoot takes place. One agreement covers the whole project, so you don't need to raise contracts, onboard suppliers or arrange payment in multiple countries. We hold the agreements with our creatives ourselves.

You are invoiced by Raccoon London in the UK, so there are no overseas payments to arrange, no foreign supplier onboarding and no exchange-rate surprises. Invoices are issued with your gallery link and are payable within one month, by bank transfer or credit card in sterling.
