Licensing and Editing

Yes, all images are individually edited for colour, tone and consistency. This ensures your gallery is professional and ready to use across websites, press releases and social media. For corporate clients, such as those booking conference photographers in Paris, this consistency is particularly valuable for brand communications.

Copyright belongs to Raccoon London and the photographer, but all event bookings include licences for social media, websites and PR. Extended usage such as advertising campaigns can be arranged as an additional licence or a full copyright buyout.
Booking and Payments

Booking with us as an agency is simple. Submit an enquiry form with the details of your event and we will share portfolios, confirm availability, and provide a tailored quote. We regularly handle bookings for conferences in London, corporate events in Amsterdam, and brand launches in Paris and Berlin. A signed contract secures your date, and your images will be delivered via our online gallery after the event.

Invoices are issued with your gallery link and are payable within one month. We accept both bank transfer and credit card payments.

Our cancellation and rescheduling terms are set out in our contract, but we always try to be as flexible as possible. If your event in London, Amsterdam or elsewhere is postponed, we will work with you to move your booking to a new date.

Yes. Instant branded prints, Polaroids and digital activations can be added to your event to create an interactive experience for guests. These are particularly popular at product launches and exhibitions.
