A three-time winner of Young Photographer of the Year awards within two years, Matthew began his career on the newsbeat, working for global wire agencies and national newspapers. Those fast-paced assignments sharpened his ability to react quickly, work decisively under pressure, and create strong images in challenging environments. His reputation for reliability and visual sensitivity later led to a role photographing celebrity portraiture for the LA Times in London, where he worked with leading names across film, music, and fashion.
