This guide is designed to help you understand likely costs before we prepare a formal quote. Once we have your event details, we’ll recommend the most suitable photographer and confirm the final fee.
Hourly rates:
minimum 2 hours - £600
3 hours - £700
4 hours - £800
5 hours - £900
6 hours - £1000
7 hours - £1100
8 hours - £1200
Additional hours - £150
Rates vary depending on location, photographer, delivery requirements and event complexity. We will confirm the final quote once we have reviewed your brief. For larger-scale or multi-day events, we’ll recommend a tailored team and production approach.

Delivery options
Standard delivery: full edited gallery within 72 hours (included)
Same-day highlights: small edited selection during or shortly after the event (£100)
Next-morning delivery: full edited gallery by 9am the following day (£200)
On-site editing: available for press, social or live-event needs (subject to brief)

We estimate that a single photographer will shoot around 40 photos per hour.
Raccoon recommends Instax Wide over Polaroid, as it produces better image quality, more consistent results, and a wider print format than standard Polaroid.
