JUNIOR ACCOUNT MANAGER & TALENT COORDINATOR

Raccoon London is an international photography and videography agency working with a trusted network of photographers and videographers across more than 30 countries.

We support globally recognised brands, agencies and organisations with photography and video coverage for conferences, corporate events, brand activations, hospitality, sport, portraiture and lifestyle campaigns.

Our clients benefit from a single point of contact while we manage creative talent, logistics, production and delivery across multiple cities and countries.

As we continue to expand internationally, we are looking for an organised, commercially minded and proactive Account Manager & Talent Coordinator to help support our clients, strengthen our global creative network and contribute to the next stage of the agency's growth.

The Role

This is a varied and fast-paced role working closely with our Senior Account Manager and Producer.

You will support projects from initial enquiry through to final delivery, helping to manage client relationships, coordinate photographers and videographers, source new creative talent and support the day-to-day running of the business.

The role combines account management, operations, talent sourcing and business support, making it ideal for someone who enjoys variety, takes ownership of their work and thrives in a dynamic environment.

This is a fully remote position requiring some overlap with UK working hours.

Key Responsibilities

Client & Account Management

- Respond to client enquiries promptly and professionally

- Qualify opportunities and gather information required to prepare proposals and quotations

- Prepare client proposals, quotations and presentations

- Maintain CRM records and sales pipeline activity

- Support client communications throughout the booking process

- Build strong relationships with clients, agencies, venues and industry partners

- Assist with business development and lead generation activities

- Follow up on proposals and identify opportunities to improve conversion rates

Talent Sourcing & Network Development

- Identify, assess and recruit exceptional photographers and videographers internationally

- Review portfolios and conduct initial screening calls

- Manage onboarding processes for new creatives

- Build and maintain a trusted international network of photographers and videographers

- Negotiate rates, availability and working arrangements

- Maintain accurate records of talent, locations, specialisms and availability

- Expand our coverage in key international markets

Operations & Production Support

- Coordinate photographer and videographer bookings

- Brief creative teams and ensure project information is communicated clearly

- Assist with scheduling, logistics and supplier coordination

- Manage contracts, confirmations and project administration

- Support invoicing and financial administration

- Monitor project progress and delivery deadlines

- Help improve systems, processes and operational efficiency

Marketing & Content Support

- Assist with website updates using Squarespace

- Support blog creation and SEO-focused content updates

- Assist with social media planning and publishing

- Create presentations, sales decks and marketing materials

- Help maintain consistency across company communications and branding

About You

We're looking for someone who is highly organised, proactive, personable and commercially aware.

You enjoy building relationships, solving problems and managing multiple projects at once. You're comfortable communicating with clients and creatives across different countries and time zones, and you take ownership of tasks without needing constant supervision.

You have a genuine interest in photography, videography, events or creative production and are excited by the opportunity to help grow an ambitious international agency.

Essential Skills & Experience

- Experience within photography, videography, creative production, events, marketing or agency environments

- Strong commercial awareness and understanding of sales processes

- Experience preparing proposals, quotations or client-facing documentation

- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills

- Strong customer service and relationship management skills

- Excellent organisational and project management abilities

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously

- Experience using CRM systems such as Light Blue, HubSpot, Salesforce or similar

- Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office and Google Workspace

- Ability to work independently within a remote environment

Desirable Skills & Experience

- Experience recruiting, onboarding or managing freelance creatives

- Understanding of photography and video production workflows

- Experience coordinating events, productions or creative projects

- Experience managing Squarespace websites

- Understanding of SEO and content marketing

- Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools

- Existing network within photography, creative or production industries
