Bespoke proposals for every project

Whether your event is in New York, Dubai, Tokyo or anywhere in between, Raccoon has established relationships with vetted photographers and videographers across more than 30 countries. Every international or multi-location project is quoted individually — location, team size, travel, logistics and delivery requirements all inform the final proposal.

For multi-day UK events outside the M25, the same applies — we will confirm travel, accommodation and logistics as part of your proposal.

What type of coverage?

Choose your coverage type. Booking photography and videography together includes a 5% discount.

Photography
Documentary-led event coverage. Approximately 40 professionally edited images per hour. Standard delivery within 72 hours. Same-day highlights and next-morning delivery available as add-ons. Usage for web, social, PR and editorial included.
Videography
Professional video coverage of your event. Standard delivery: Version 1 within 1 week. RAW footage transfer and edited highlight packages available as add-ons.
Photography + Videography
Full stills and video coverage from a coordinated Raccoon team. Select hours independently for each service. Includes a 5% discount on the combined booking.
Instant / Polaroid Photography
Prints on the night for your guests. Instax Wide (recommended for quality and format) or Polaroid Now. Approximately 40 prints per hour. Branded frames available on request.

Minimum 2 hours. Round up if you're unsure — additional hours can be added at £150/hr.

Our team arrives 15 minutes before shooting begins. If you need your photographer or videographer on-site earlier for a briefing, setup or pre-event coverage, please factor this into the arrival time — briefing time is included within your booked hours.

    Brief review
    A dedicated Raccoon account manager will review your request and confirm availability, typically within a few hours on working days.
    Creative matching
    We will identify the most suitable photographer or videographer from our vetted network based on your event type, style and requirements.
    Portfolio & approval
    We will share the creative team portfolio and details for your review and approval. Where relevant, you may be offered more than one option.
    Confirmation & contract
    Once approved, you will receive a formal quote, booking confirmation and a contract link to sign. Your booking is confirmed on receipt of the signed contract.
    Delivery
    Your gallery or footage will be delivered within 72 hours of the event (or sooner if you selected an expedited delivery option).
    Invoicing
    An invoice will be issued after delivery, payable within 30 days. Usage and reproduction rights are granted on receipt of payment.
